Momo Magic Cafe prides itself on being a fast, friendly restaurant serving delicious delicacies at reasonable prices.

The restaurant has witnessed tremendous growth in the past few years, becoming one of the fastest-growing restaurant chains in India. Founded in Patna, Bihar, MMC now has outlets across the country, from Delhi to Karnataka, West Bengal, Gujarat, and more.

The restaurant needed modern digital POS (point-of-sale) software to better scale and direct restaurant operations.

Challenge

When MMC was looking to upgrade its POS and table management system, it needed a solution that could handle the restaurant’s high table turnover rates and future concepts to come. An outdated solution made it challenging to manage tables and orders effectively with the increasing restaurant traffic. This led to slow order processing and billing, ultimately impacting their customer satisfaction rates and bottom line.

The application enabled the client to accept online, EMV (Europay, MasterCard, Visa), and NFC (near-field communication) payments and swipe them right at the table. It even comprises options for tips, coupons, and loyalty programs.

With real-time monitoring ability, QPOS helped MMC to keep track of their tables and management to optimise reservations, order processing, and staff allocation. It even supported them by providing insights into their inventory levels to maintain optimal stock in the kitchen.

The software integrates with Zomato and Swiggy, which enabled MMC to acquire a holistic view of its restaurant business, which includes virtual orders and offline diners.
