About QPOS
Quinta is a growth-stage Technology company that is focused on providing Integrated Digital Solution to
Restaurants and Retail vertical. The flagship products are QPOS -Android based Billing Software Solution
and QuGo – QR Based Digital Ordering App for customers.
We are looking for committed Salespeople who can build a high-performance team who can bring the
accelerated growth for the products.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the revenue and licenses target for the assigned region
- Focus on building a steady sales pipeline/forecast for Hospitality Vertical – Casual Dine, Fine
Dine, QSRs, Bakeries and Café Brands, Pubs, Bar Cafes, Lounges, Hotels, among others. - Build and lead a team of Key Account Managers, Sales Managers and FSEs, Product specialists
across the region to ensure reach and growth - Personally manage the large/key accounts for QPOS in the region
- Build the QCP (QPOS Channel Partners) ecosystem across every major city, town in the region
- Conduct Quarterly/Monthly Business Planning for the QCPs
- Work with Marketing to create Promotions, Campaigns, Digital Events for lead generation
- Ensure Service and Delivery is seamless by ensuring the Support is seamless
Skills and Qualifications:
- Total of 6-10 years Enterprise, Key Accounts Selling experience with minimum of 2-3 years in the
people management role - Preferable experience in selling Digital products to Restaurants/Retail (E.g. POS Software,
Payment Products, ERP, CRM Products) - Moderate to high level of understanding of technology solutions
- Good consistent performance year on year in the previous roles
