Technical Support Engineer

Solutions to the Restaurants and Retail vertical. The flagship products are QPOS -An android-based
Billing Software Solution and QuGo – QR Based Digital Ordering App for customers.

customers in the Hospitality domain.

- Independently own and manage product technical implementations.
- Technical understanding of the products & their suitability to the client’s requirements.
- Develop partnerships and be the expert for customers in case of integration, technical solutions, or security questions.

- Play a key role in helping our customers as a product expert, ensuring a smooth onboarding when it comes to the technical implementation within the customer’s system.
- Work closely with Customer Success/Support to provide an excellent technical onboarding process for new customers
- Promptly resolve customer issues regarding implementation, ensuring that they are fully supported during the onboarding process.
- Educate new clients by demonstrating how our products work, and solve technical implementation
- Problems and ensure the smooth adoption of our products.
- Create initiatives to drive successful product implementation and develop measurements to help understand the impact of successful implementation.
- Coordinate with customers, the backend technical team, Sales team
- Quickly pick up and disseminate any product updates to customers.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Good understanding of how software and hardware work
- Moderate to a high level of understanding of technology solution
